Warranty
Footrax comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and technical issues under normal circumstances.
What’s Not Covered!
Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the device. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or improper handling or storage damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any third-party accessories or components.
How To Claim
If you believe your Footrax device is eligible for warranty service. Please contact our customer support team with purchase details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the device, if necessary. Once we receive the device, our technicians will assess it and determine the appropriate action.
Repair or Replacement
If the device has a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the device, depending on the extent of the issue.
Limitations
The warranty policy only applies to the Footrax device and does not cover other products or services. Additionally, any repairs or replacements conducted under warranty do not extend the original period.
Important:
To keep your warranty valid, make sure to use your Footrax sports vest with the Footrax Pod. In case of some damage or technical issues, the warranty will be voided if the pod is not used with Footrax Sports Vest.
